Personal (4" diameter x 2" thick) (min 4 of one kind)
Small 6"x4+" servers 6-8+ : approximate weight 3.5lb - 5+lb
Med 9"x4+" serves 12-16+ : approximate weight 6.75lb - 9+lb
Large 12"x4+" serves 18-24+ : approximate weight 13lb - 17.5+lb
I can make almost any kind you want and let you know the cost.
I have also created a pan to make a 6" x 6" cheesecake called "Ultimate New York".
